I wonder if all the Silly little people that have left bad comments about the Doorstaff, have written their reviews within a few hours of being turned away from said club..? It's the law to turn you away if you are drunk. And you'll certainly get turned away if you have no id, because they don't want to risk letting under-age people in! Thats a good thing isn't it? Any-body with a problem that the Doorstaff come-across, will only be ejected in the event that they really step out of line, so you would've been fine if only you had manners... Any person that does a job, where every night some Moron gives them abuse, for just doing there job is fine by me and deserves a little more respect...
This place is rediculas, the door staff are SO rude. Ive never met a more intimidating rude bunch of men throwing authority about in my life. Its so trampy and the bar staff look like imbreds. The glass colectors look like something out OF the hills have eyes. Eugh! AVOIDDDD!!

avoid this club at all costs. I was given a beer that was at least 70% head, after complaining about this i was promptly ejected from the club, apartently this was due to my being "abusive to staff". if having to shout over loud music is considered "abusive" then everyone should have been asked to leave. oceana is an average at best nightclub with average music and truely below standard drinks, with staff that simply wont listen to reason. if you want a good night try some of the other excellent establishments to be found around nottingham, if you want to drink warm poorly poured pints with the rest of the scum, your in for a good night at oceana.
I was in notts in jan this year and went to oceana after going to ocean and realsing this wasnt the place lols but oceana is class nothing compared to the clubs in ireland was sooo jealous had to go home. was back over 2wks ago and again had a ball and back again now at the end of april and going to oceana with my friends and no doubht will live up to my expectations lols

i've jus arrived home 2day 2 ireland after a weekend out in notts and oh my god wat and amazing weekend i had oceana was excellent nothing like ne thing back here a home so jealous... i was meeting friends over there and after going out to oceana it has definitely made me want 2 return totally looking forward 2 my next trip over hopefully it will be soon...

Oceana is amazing! It is huge and plays such good music! And the main room is excellent!!! Will definitely be going back there again!
